Refugees to Minnesota

Thursday, January 25, 2018 - 6:30pm – 9:30pm

St. Matthew's will host a Community Conversation about refugees to Minnesota facilitated by James Bowey, the photographer whose show "When Home Won't Let You Stay" is currently featured in the Parish Hall. He will be accompanied by a panel of refugees to our state who will share their stories. The Conversation is free and open to the public. Please invite friends and neighbors to join us!

Sunday Evening Chili Cook Off!

Winter is here, and that means it's time for hearty, spicy (or mild) chili of all kinds. Put your favorite chili recipe to the test in the St. Matt's chili cook off extravaganza. Prepare your recipe either at home or in our kitchen and have the meal ready to serve by 6:30 pm (our regular Drop In Dinner time.) The Sunday Evening Drop In Dinner group will vote on the recipes, and the winner shall be hailed as the St. Matt's chili champion for all eternity--or until the next chili cook off. Sign up to participate on the clipboard placed on the literature table in the parish hall.
You can also sign up via email by contacting Maggie at Please sign up by Tuesday, January 16.
