If you're looking for a church home, we invite you to consider St. Matthew's. We offer a series of steps to help you decide if St. Matthew's is right for you:

Every Sunday: Our 7-minute Welcome.
Right after our 10:30 a.m. service (9 a.m. in the summer) we offer visitors a 7-minute (no more!) welcome to St. Matthew's.  Just come to the front of the church and we'll give you a quick introduction to who we are and what we do.  And, if you'd like, we'll accompany you downstairs to join our coffee hour, where we'll introduce you to some other folks.

Newcomer Class
Those who wish to join St. Matthew's participate in an 8-session newcomer class, held by the Rector during our 9:15 a.m. Sunday education hour. These classes are designed to help you explore and deepen your faith and prepare you for confirmation in the Episcopal Church and/or membership in the St. Matthew's community. Topics include treasures of the Episcopal/Anglican tradition, theology, worship, spiritual gifts and the corporate gifts of St. Matthew’s, community discernment, the ministries of our church and how to find your way around.  “Old” members who want to learn about and discuss these topics and/or take a refresher course are also welcome.  Please email Blair Pogue at rector@stmatthewsmn.org if you are interested in attending.
