Jim Crow: Then & Now

Holy Trinity Episcopal Church has joined with several community partners, including St. Matthew's and Hamline University, to create a series of community engagement forums dealing with racial, ethnic, and cultural understanding and reconciliation. This project, “Community Conversations for Racial/Ethnic Reconciliation & Understanding”, stemmed from the realization that communities throughout our country are looking for ways to achieve harmony, and build compassionate & respectful connections among diverse neighbors. 

During the first forum, guests will watch excerpts from the movie "Once upon a time...When we were colored."
